Your health is my number one priority as I reopen the clinic to the community. I’m implementing several changes to how I work. I’ve outlined them so you can know what to expect.
I’ll be listening to you and your concerns to fine-tune and improve as we move forward.
Before Your Visit
Health Screening
I need to know your health status, so you’ll receive an online form to be completed the day before your session. This pre-screening is mandatory to help me determine if you’re eligible for treatment.
I’ll be monitoring myself daily to keep you safe as well.
Time of Arrival
Please arrive for your session right on time, not early, to prevent contact with other clients. Consider waiting outside, or in your car, if you’re comfortable and weather permits. Please bring as little as possible with you to reduce contamination risk.
AT Your Visit
Face Protection
Both you and I are required to wear masks at all times. Ideally, put yours on before arriving and remove it after leaving the building. If you don’t have a mask, I’ll provide you with a complimentary one.
Entering the Office
The clinic door will be open when I’m ready to greet you. Expect a few quick questions to confirm your health status and any potential COVID-19 contact.
Restricted Amenities
Unfortunately, I will not be offering filtered water during this time, so please bring your own. I’ve put away all the toys for your little ones too. If you need to use the washroom, I’ll escort you to limit your touchpoints.
Hand Sanitizing & Minimizing Contact
Please use the provided hand sanitizer immediately upon entry.
Throughout your visit, I ask that you minimize contact with surfaces as much as possible.
After our Visit
Additional Cleaning
I’ll be scheduling 15 minute breaks between appointments for enhanced infection control protocols.
Continued Monitoring
Continue to conduct ongoing regular screening of your health. If you experience symptoms of Covid-19, please follow the advice of public health officials. You may also wish to keep a contact-tracing journal.
Thank you for your patience as I adjust to the new schedule and limitations.
